Currently serving as the Senior Director at Ellucian, she has successfully unified learning strategies across 4,000 employees in 20+ countries, driving significant improvements in employee engagement, diversity, and learning satisfaction.
With a Ph.D. in Human Capital Development, Katie has a proven track record in transforming e-learning experiences, managing multi-million dollar P&Ls, and fostering strategic partnerships.
