Join us virtually on March 21 for our March ATD chapter meeting. Based on member feedback, facilitation is a topic of interest. We heard you and are excited to share a session hosted by two of our members, Eddie Brasher and Scarlett Krumrey, CPTD. They will offer a session that includes facilitation best practices as well as how facilitation designed as workshops can be used for increased collaboration and effective meetings.

Presenters

Eddie started his career at Youth Villages and later joined the Leadership Development Department. He later joined FedEx Logistics where he created pipeline leadership development programs, facilitated leadership development courses, provided culture-shaping tools and training, and served as a leadership development consultant to the business. In 2021, Eddie transitioned to Ascent Global Logistics to establish their corporate university. He is currently working on his Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Memphis.

Scarlett serves as Program Manager, ALSAC/St. Jude Learning & Organizational Development Team. Having spent most of her professional career at ALSAC (nearly 30 years!), Scarlett’s background consists of various experiences during multiple years both at the national headquarters and in the field at one of ALSAC’s regional offices. She has been on national fundraising program teams and led front-line fundraising teams. Scarlett has taken that knowledge and now enjoys training ALSAC’s development staff. Scarlett is a Certified Professional in Talent Development through ATD.
